In light of rising Covid cases, we will be making some temporary changes to how our branches operate to help ensure that all Members can continue to access essential banking services.
From next Monday 21 February, all SBS Branches will be operating in two teams, with staff to alternate between working on site and remotely. This means that in the event one group of staff needs to isolate due to exposure there will still be a team available to help Members in branch.
To allow these two teams to operate, we will temporarily be changing Queenstown Branch's opening hours as follows:
- Open daily from 10am - 1pm only until further notice.
This is for urgent over-the-counter transactions and hardship-related support only. Please do not visit the branch unless absolutely necessary as we do our best to look after the health of our branch visitors and team during COVID-19.
