As a member-owned bank we are always looking at ways to improve our products and services for our investors, and we’re currently working with our market research partner (TRA) to gain some insights directly from our investing Members.

 

TRA will be conducting an in-person market research focus group in Invercargill (during the day) on either Thursday 11 or Friday 12 August.
