Banking with SBS over the holiday season.

With Christmas and New Year nearly here, we wanted to update you on our contact hours and the best ways to reach us if you need to get in touch over the holiday season.

Our SBS Bank branches and Contact Centre hours will change over the public holidays, so to help you know the best ways to contact us, we have provided a calendar of our operating hours below.

As well as weekends, all SBS branches will be closed on December 25th and 26th as well as January 1st and 2nd.
SBS Windsor branch will be closed from 4:30pm on December 21st and will re-open on January 15th.
Our Contact Centre will be closed on December 25th and 26th as well as January 1st and 2nd.

If you are registered for online and mobile app banking, you can continue to access your accounts in this way 24 hours per day. If you are not set up for online and mobile app banking and you would like to know more about this service, please call our friendly Contact Centre team on 0800 727 2265 or visit our website.
