Dear Member, I’m writing to let you know that the Cromwell branch will be permanently closing on 27June. In the past year we have seen low utilisation of the branch as our Members increasingly use digital banking and our 7-day a week Contact Centre to meet their changing needs. Our Cromwell Branch Manager, Sue Bingham will take up the role of Branch Manager at the Queenstown branch located at the Five-Mile shopping area at Frankton, and will look after the wider Central Otago region. We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that you are able to access all the services we offer via our website or by calling our Contact Centre team on 0800 727 2265. These include ordering a new card, opening and managing term investments, applying for a new home loan, and refixing a home loan. If you’re not already set up for our Internet Banking service, our helpful team can set this up for you and work through the services you can do online from the comfort of your own home. We acknowledge that you may feel adversely affected by this decision to close the branch. We’re still here to support you so please do get in contact if you need any assistance.
