We wanted to let you know that SBS Bank Queenstown is re-branding to SBS Bank Southern Lakes, effective from Wednesday the 1st of October.

This new name reflects the unity and shared identity of the broader Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago region—an area our dedicated team is proud to serve. While our name is changing, our commitment to you remains the same. There’s nothing you need to do.

Our branch hours remain unchanged, and our friendly Contact Centre is still available 7 days a week—7am to 9pm on weekdays, and 10am to 4pm on weekends.
 

Remember, we will never ask you for your bank passwords or PIN numbers - in person, over the phone, in writing or by email. If we call you, we will always ask a series of questions to identify you before we discuss your accounts with you. If you’re ever concerned about these calls, please phone our Contact Centre.
