As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your banking experience safe and secure, we’ve identified that your current card details may be more vulnerable to fraud attempts. While no fraudulent activity has occurred, our standard approach in these scenarios is to replace your card at no additional cost to ensure your continued protection. What you need to know:
- Your new card will arrive soon, followed by a separate PIN mailer.
- Once you’ve received and activated your new card, please securely destroy your old card.
- To enable contactless payments, you’ll need to use your new card with its PIN at least once.
- If you wish to set your own PIN on your card, you are welcome to visit us in Branch.
Heads up: Your old card will stop working three weeks from today, after your new one is delivered. Activating your new card ensures uninterrupted access to your everyday accounts.
