What we're doing — and why it matters
We are undertaking some research to better understand our heritage, our values, and what has made SBS distinctive over its 157-year history. The research will help us ensure that the qualities our members hold most dear are honoured and carried forward into our future.
What's involved
We are contacting valued members to take part in a one-on-one conversation with Suzie Dale, an experienced researcher who will be carrying out this research. The conversation will be by a video call or mobile call. If you are selected, you will receive a call from Suzie to see if you are willing to take part and, if so, to arrange a time that suits you. The interview will last approximately 40 minutes. It will be a relaxed and open chat, there is nothing to prepare, no right or wrong answers, and no special knowledge required. We would love to hear about your experiences, your memories and your honest impressions of the bank, in your own words.
