As we prepare for the festive season celebrations, we wanted to thank you for your continued loyalty, and wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year.

Once again, SBS has made a donation to the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal and each SBS branch has also chosen a local cause in its region to donate to as a way of brightening up Christmas for those who need extra help. Our thoughts go to those who may be struggling this Christmas and all the charity groups doing great work in our communities to support them.

Holiday operating hours
Our branch hours will be a little different through the festive season. The key information is as follows:

• As well as weekends, all SBS branches will be closed on the public holidays of the 25th and the 26th of December, and the 1st and the 2nd of January.
   
• Our Contact Centre will be closed on the 25th and the 26th of December, as well as on the 1st and the 2nd of January but will still be open at weekends from 10am - 4pm.

Our online banking services are available 24-hours-per-day throughout the holidays.
